I Should Be Doing Homework

So it's 7:00pm and I'm at work. Mitchell who normally works the 6pm-midnight shift likes to trade on Fridays so he can do some gaming. I'm more than happy to trade when I have nothing going on and with Misty still up in Idaho for another 5 weeks that happens a lot. Now this weekend is a busy one because I have a lot of homework to do. Well then what in the world are you doing updating your blog rather than doing homework? You may ask, well the answer is simple, here at work there's another employee who works from noon-6pm when his shift ends you would think, like most people, he would leave because he's anxious to get home but no he enjoys staying later. I'm not sure if he stays clocked in and is just trying to get extra hours or what but it's annoying. There's two computers in the security office that we use and the one he is currently on has all my homework files saved on it. So needless to say that is why I'm not doing homework. Plus he kinda smells and that makes it hard to concentrate.

As for the homework I have to do I have a 7 page philosophy paper that I just need to touch up and then it's done, I have a 4 page paper in biology paper to write, and then study for my midterm which is on Monday, after that I need to read 4 chapters for my marriage and family class and then write two papers, and then read 3 chapters or journals for my inter-culture communication class. Needless to say it's gonna be a busy weekend but thats ok school is important so what can you do?

If any of you have read Misty's blog you'll notice that what I'm about to say is almost a copy and paste from hers. Time has not flown like everyone said it would. This last stretch has been the hardest because it's been a month without seeing each other but she's coming down this weekend which is also my spring break from school so that will be nice. It's almost over and we couldn't be happier. Although the time apart has really sucked there is some silver lining to it all in the fact that we have grown closer which has been wonderful.

Work is still work but I feel blessed to have the jobs I do. I am also very grateful because Misty will be able to nanny for not just one family now but two and that is a big blessing not only money wise but because I know how much she misses her kids and how much she'll love to see them on a daily basis again.

School is almost over and I'm so excited, only to have the next semester start again but thats ok. I just want this one to end. It's now 7:31 pm and he's still here. At eight o'clock I'm kicking him out cause I need to do my homework.

My beautiful bride to be is amazing, and even though during midterms she did go just a little crazy I love her like crazy so it all balances out. I love you, Sweets and cant wait to see you again. Thanks for always believing in me and pushing me to do my very best.
